E-Government

What is e-Government?

E-Government means the provision of government services to citizens in an electronic environment. At this point, it is aimed to deliver state services to citizens in the easiest and most efficient way, in high quality, fast, uninterrupted and secure way. The concept of e-government, which is beginning to take the place of bureaucratic and classical state concept, aims to easily access each institution and each individual's information and communication technologies and services offered to state institutions and institutions.


What is e-Government Gate?

The e-Government Portal is a web site that provides access to public services from a single point. The objective of the Door is to present the public services to citizens, businesses and public institutions effectively and efficiently with information and communication technologies.

Passwords

Where can I get the password?

However, if mobile signatures, electronic signatures or internet banking are used, a password can be created after logging into the e-Government Gate with one of these. 


How do I use my password?

In order to access electronic services, you need to login to the system with the password you have obtained from your Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus ID number. Depending on the e-Signature or m-signature acquisition service, it may also be necessary to use services that require e-Signature.

How can I change my password?

For the first time a user logs in to the system with a password, the user is automatically directed to the "Change Password" page for security reasons. Citizens who have logged into the system after the registration can perform password change process at "Password and Security Settings" page. 


What to do if the password is forgotten, stolen or lost?

How to Verify Cell Phone and Email?

When you are logged in with a password; Click on the name part at the top. In the drop-down box, the third part of "My communication options" is selected. If the mobile phone and e-mail are not registered, the mobile phone number and e-mail address are written in the relevant parts. If it is incorrectly registered, the record is deleted and the line is written and the update button is clicked. Is Password Online?

How do I cancel my password?

Electronic Signature

What is e-Signature?

Electronic signature (e-signature) is data that helps to identify who signed a document that creates an electronic signature. According to Electronic Signature No. 93/2007, e-signature is equivalent to wet signature. Those distributed by institutions authorized to issue e-signature certificates are not approved.


Where can I get e-Signature Certificate?

How can I use e-signatures?

What are Pre-Use Requirements?

To operate your electronic signature;

  • Supported configuration (top item) must be provided.
  • The smart card reader must be installed on the computer where the driver signing process can be performed.
  • The smart card driver must be installed on the computer where the signing process can be performed.
  • The smartcard must be able to log in through the programs provided by the certificate vendor.

What should be done if there is a mistake in your address information at e-Government Gate?
